Toyota Saving the Trees - by the Billions!

Over 10 years ago, Toyota started using returnable containers for shipping their parts and accessories. So far they've saved:
  • 220 million pounds of wood
  • 145 million pounds ofcardboard
  • = equivalent to 2.7 billion trees!
 As Toyota says, "Boot the box. Kick the carton. Punt the packaging."
