Four Toyota Vehicles Make it into Edmunds' "Best Used Cars" List
Toyota Avalon, Highlander, Tacoma and Prius are all listed as Edmunds' "Best Used Cars"
Edmunds.com creates an annual Best Used Cars list, based on reliability, safety, value and availability in cars sold from 2006-2011. Four Toyota vehicles were selected for their class, the Toyota Avalon, Highlander, Tacoma and Prius. Read more below! The Toyota Avalon (Best Large Sedan)
"Is almost a bargain-priced large Lexus sedan", wrote Edmunds. With a smooth and quiet ride, a powerful and fuel efficient V6, huge back seat and quality build, the Avalon is a very satisfying vehicle.
The Toyota Highlander (Best Midsize SUV/Crossover)
The Highlander debuted in 2001 as one of the first midsize crossover vehicles. It has great driving dynamic, a comfortable ride and lots of cargo room. There is a low cost of upkeep as with other Toyota vehicles, as well as a reputation for quality.
The Toyota Tacoma (Best Compact Truck)
Aside from its obvious strengths, impressive quality and perfect reliability record, the Tacoma comes in a wide variety of cab styles and bed lengths. "Whatever you're looking for in a midsize pickup, chances are very good that there's a used Toyota Tacoma to match your needs," wrote Edmunds.
The Toyota Prius (Best Hybrid)
The second-generation Prius "established the template for this iconic hybrid car," wrote Edmunds. The Prius has a snub nose and hatchback design, which gives nearly all of the hybrid's size to passenger and cargo room. As the Prius evolves, it continuous to gain features, and keep excellent fuel economy.

802 Toyota Softball Team Results from Nationals!
The 802 Toyota Softball Team traveled to Columbus, Ohio last week to compete at Nationals! They played two games; Labor Link from Indiana and McGlovin from Virginia and were just barely beat out by both. The score of the game against Labor Link was 15-10, and McGlovin 13-10. The 802 team was winning against both teams late in the game, but couldn't hold them off the whole time.
Despite the tough losses, they had a great experience!
"We all had a great time and hope to represent 802 Toyota next year at the same spot!" said our Assistant Parts Manager and #32 Tim Wheatley.
We hope they do too! Great work guys!
